The peoplebehind the counsel.

Abhay is a litigator at heart, equally at home in a courtroom and across a negotiating table. A certified mediator trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), he has brought many disputes to settlement — among families, estate planners and corporations — often sparing clients the cost and rancour of a fight.

Mudit leads the firm's intellectual property and technology practice, where a deep command of IP law meets hands-on courtroom experience. He advises companies, institutions and startups on trademarks, copyright and IP disputes, as well as licensing and data-protection compliance.
